Purpose:

The Financial Advisor specialising in Health will be responsible for acquiring, retaining, and growing a client base for Curemed’s health-related products. This role involves providing expert advice through comprehensive financial planning and delivering an excellent client experience. The advisor will cater to various market segments, including middle-income, affluent, professional, and business clients, ensuring their financial goals are met through strategic health solutions.

  • Matric / equivalent.
  • Meet FAIS requirements based on DOFA date (if applicable).
  • Hold an FSCA-approved qualification (if applicable).
  • Relevant regulatory examinations (RE5) if currently working in the financial services industry.
  • Experience levels will vary as we are recruiting for both Junior and Senior roles.
  • Consulting telephonically with clients to determine their financial goals, needs, and risk tolerance.
  • Provide strategic advice on various financial products and services, such as Medical Aid, Health Insurance, and GAP Cover.
  • Respond to client queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their financial needs and offer suitable products.
  • Sell products that align with clients’ needs and financial requirements.
  • Comply with legislative regulations and adhere to all compliance requirements.
  • Leads and infrastructure are provided.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Pretoria.

As a Client Services Consultant, you will be responsible for day-to-day client interactions, including answering client inquiries, addressing concerns, and assisting clients with account management.

This role requires a strong, customer-service focus and a dedication to ensuring that our clients are satisfied with the service they receive. The role involves the flexibility to work from home.

  • Certificate Grade 12
  • 2 years experience
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
  • Consulting: Experience in consulting or advisory services
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer Satisfaction: Dedicated to ensuring clients are satisfied with the service they receive
  • Customer Service: Ability to provide quality customer service consistently
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure: Ability to prioritize competing tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in the health services industry or financial advisory services is desirable
