Fedhealth Medical Scheme is a registered open medical scheme regulated by the Council for Medical Schemes (CMS). For 2026, Fedhealth offers the flexiFED plan range: flexiFED Savvy, flexiFED 1, flexiFED 2, flexiFED 3 and flexiFED 4. Each is available as a Hospital or Savings plan variant. All flexiFED options cover chronic medicine in full when prescribed from the Chronic Disease List formulary and have no overall annual limit on the hospital benefit.
