It doesn't end with Curemed selling you medical aid, if at anytime you're having an issue/misunderstanding or complaint about your medical aid contact Curemed and they will take care of it. Choosing a medical aid is a very serious and important decision for me, and Chayde understood that from the beginning. He took the time to walk me through every step of the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood my options before making any decisions.
